Required Fields by Workflow
Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack requires certain fields for inventory, cancel, shipment, and invoice updates. You will need to ensure that you are sending all the required fields for this program. The document below outlines those required fields by workflow.

Packing Slips
Packing slips can be downloaded and exported in the platform. If you prefer to create your own packing slips, this document provides instructions for replicating packing slips for Nordstrom. Once you have created your packing slips, please submit samples to dropship@nordstrom.com for approval.

- I’m already connected to the platform for Nordstrom. What else do I need to know to connect with Nordstrom Rack?
- You will need to create another account for Nordstrom Rack.
- Packing slips are used for Nordstrom Drop Ship only. Packing slips or return labels are not used for Nordstrom Rack Drop Ship orders.
- The ISA Sender/Receiver ID for Nordstrom Rack is ZZ/NRHL.
Two separate Rithum connections are required for vendors that participate in both Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack drop-ship programs.
- EDI is not required to work with Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack, but what documents should I prepare if I do use EDI?

- What do I need to do once testing is complete?
- Load live item inventory data to the platform.
- Make sure your quantities are accurate.
- Email and notify dsonboarding@nordstrom.com that testing is complete. The email subject line should contain: NORDSTROM TESTING COMPLETE / VENDOR NAME & VENDOR # or NORDSTROM RACK TESTING COMPLETE / VENDOR NAME & VENDOR #.
Using advanced catalog services to set up your products
If you've been selected by Nordstrom to use advanced catalog services, you are required to add all rich product data, including images, for any products you wish to sell on the Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack website. Advanced catalog services is designed to help you get products listed faster and give you greater visibility into the setup process.
