Audience: Supplier and Retailer Administrators

For existing API credentials and access tokens, you may update name/description, regenerate your Client Secret and ID if you think your Client Secret has been compromised or lost, or delete API credentials. For more information about APIs, see API documentation.

Step 1: Navigate to Automation & Reporting > Automation > API.

On the API page, a list of your current API credentials and tokens is displayed.

Step 2: Click the next to the desired credentials and select any of the following options:

Regenerate Client Secret

In the Regenerate Client Secret pop-up, follow the instructions to regenerate a value and click Regenerate Client Secret.

A new Client Secret is displayed. Copy as needed and then click Close.

Updated Name/Description In the Update Credentials pop-up, modify the Name and Description as needed and then click Update Api Credential.
Delete Client Credential

In the Delete pop-up, follow the instructions to delete the credentials or token and then click Delete.

Note: Deleting credentials should be done cautiously as there can be severe impacts to connections to Rithum.

The list of API credentials on the API page is updated to reflect your changes.
