The error resolver for advanced catalog services is designed to make it faster and easier to fix exceptions for products before sending them to your trading partner’s system. With the error resolver, you can:

  • View an organized list of all of your content exceptions.
  • Filter the list by attribute to quickly address similar issues.
  • Fix exceptions directly in the platform.

1. Upload your products.

Note: On the Add Products window, the Launch error resolver after upload checkbox is selected by default. To continue uploading your products and fixing exceptions without the error resolver, deselect the checkbox and refer to upload your products instead.

2. From the Review Products page, you can:

  • See the progress of your upload and the compliance check (Loading, Processing, Complete) in the Identifying and Processing Products section.
  • See the number of compliant and non-compliant products in the Results section.

3. To see your list of exceptions, click Fix Exceptions at the bottom of the page.

4. From the Fix Exceptions page:

  • Identify the reason for the error. Click the error icon to the left of each product.
  • Fix an exception. Click the desired Update value to drop-down and select the correct value. Repeat for all individual errors.

Note: If a value displays a star, that value has been recommended by Rithum based on the attribute requirements.

5. To save your changes and send products to your trading partner, click Submit Updates.

Note: If you want to save your changes and continue fixing errors, click Save as Draft.

6. In the confirmation pop-up, click Submit.

The Products page is updated with your newly uploaded products.
