Retailers often have specific metrics and targets they would like their trading partners to meet. Previously you would have to rely on your trading partner to sift through their data and create their own reports based on parameters you tell them. Often this leads to missed communication and incorrect reporting.
Now Dsco allows retailers to create reports tailored specifically for their suppliers. This article will show you to steps to pre-configure a customer report that your trading partner can run from their own account.
How to Configure a Report for Trading Partners
First, navigate to the REPORTS page on your Dsco account where you will find a button called Configure Report for Trading Partners. Selecting that button will pull up your configurable report options.
Select a report type you would like to configure for your trading partners.
You can then name the report you want your trading partners to see and then set up the configuration as needed. Make sure you leave All Trading Partners selected and click Save.
Before a report can be sent, first the supplier must acknowledge it.
When a supplier goes to their REPORTS page, they will see a button where they can schedule the report that was created.
Suppliers can configure the timing of the report and who the report should be emailed to each day.
