Dsco Portal Failure Report

On December 3, 2019 between approximately 1:30 - 4:00pm MST Dsco’s web application was inaccessible, preventing users from logging on and performing actions within the portal interface. The team has since resolved the issue and users should be able to log in and navigate the site as needed.

Note that during this time all automated API calls, As2 transmissions, EDI and file processing continued to perform as normal; including order creation, order exports, and shipment/invoice updates. No action is required to resend file or data transactions during that timeframe.
