New Feature! Release scheduled for October 31, 2019.

Neiman Marcus has enabled suppliers to automatically generate shipping labels directly from the Dsco Fulfillment page. This article will walk you through the process of creating, downloading, and printing ship labels for Neiman Marcus orders.

Dsco Fulfillment Page

The Dsco FULFILLMENT Page is designed for portal users to be able to quickly ship and update orders. The page is organized with orders having the most recent "Ship by Date" listed at the top.

For information on configuring the FULFILLMENT Page to suit your needs, see our article here:

Creating a Ship Label

To create a ship label for an order, select the "Create Ship Label" icon in Dsco, either by hovering over the order or checking the box next to several orders on the left side.

You can also click directly on the PO number you wish to create labels for.

This will pull up a dialog box where you can input specific information pertaining to the shipment. You can assign packages to items, set the weight and dimensions, and choose advanced shipment options.

The "Ship Date" is defaulted to reflect the "Ship by Date" requested on the order and can be adjusted as needed.

Tip: For orders with a single quantity, you can pre-load the package weight/dimensions in your Dsco inventory so those fields will automatically populate! Download your inventory as a Catalog template, fill in the package fields ("package_length", "package_weight", etc) and upload it to your INVENTORY page.

Note: Remember, if you are creating a label you do NOT need to input a tracking number. Dsco will automatically assign a tracking number as soon as the label is generated.

When you are ready to generate your label(s) click on the "Save & Create Label" button on the bottom right of the dialog.

This will pull up a view where you can download and print your shipping labels as needed using the icons below the label.

If you have multiple shipping labels for a PO all labels will appear on this page as well.

If you have questions on how this page works, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team: support@dsco.io.
