Dsco believes in giving you full visibility into your data. To support that charge, we have created the REPORTS page to be a powerful tool you can use to pull detailed item, order, and invoice info relating to your account directly from the CommerceHub Dsco data warehouse.
You can use this tool for general queries (e.g. total orders received for a date range), or set up complex parameters for more nuanced results (e.g. orders received by location, sorted by shipment carrier, etc).

How to Use the Dsco Reports Tool
When you first come to the REPORTS page, you will see a list of reports that you can utilize. These reports relate to different aspects of your drop ship program: Orders, Items, Trading Partners, etc. Depending on your specific account, you may see more or less report options provided on this page.
Step 1: Select a report to configure. In this example, we will use the Orders configurable report.
This will pull up the configuration dialog page. From here, you can set the parameters you would like to run on the report.
In this example, we will set the Metrics field to "Count of Orders", set the Order Lifecycle to "Completed", then set a date range. This will produce a report of all created orders in that date range that are currently fully shipped or cancelled.
Step 2: When you are finished configuring your report, click Process.
Reports will be listed on the right side of the page. Depending on the size of the data request, it may take several minutes to process. You can leave the page and come back to the report as needed. Completed reports will have a check mark.
Step 3: Select the completed report, then click on the green Download (⬇) icon to view.
Reports will remain on the page to download again until you click on the red trash can icon.
Saving and Scheduling Reports
The Dsco platform also gives you the ability to save and schedule reports to be automatically run and exported via email. To do so, change the toggle button from "Run" to "Configure".
This will pull up a dialog for you to configure the report in a variety of ways:
- Set the report to be tied to the account at large, or a single user.
- Provide a name for the report configuration.
- Schedule the report to be run at specific days and times.
- List one or more recipients for the report to be emailed to.
Disclaimer: The reports tool can be as simple or as complex as needed. Note that parameters on the tool align with standard reporting practices and may require an outside knowledge of database structures to fully utilize.
