When it comes to returns and cancellations, data can get messy. That’s why Dsco is releasing these new features to make your life easier:

No one likes to see packages come back, but that doesn’t mean the return process has to be painful.

Dsco has added functionality to process line item returns within the portal. This gives suppliers the ability to indicate when and why particular packages have been sent back. Whether the package was damaged, undeliverable, or Susie wanted a red sweater (not blue), Dsco has you covered.

See more about returns on our support article: Dsco Returns.

Wouldn’t it be great to know exactly why your significant other broke up with you? Hmm… probably not. But when it comes to an order cancellation, it’s always good to know the reason!

We're excited to introduce order Cancellation Codes to the Dsco platform! These codes allow both retailers and suppliers to share details on canceled orders in a fast and uniform way. In addition, these codes can be customized and mapped by either side to help improve their processes.

For a guide on cancellation codes, please see our support page: Cancellation Codes.

Speaking of breakups…

Internet Explorer has been discontinued by Microsoft since 2015, and we have found that it no longer supports many of the advanced features and technologies the Dsco portal uses. As such, IE will no longer be a valid browser for Dsco beginning July 1, 2019.

You can read more about the split here: Internet Explorer Expiration.

If you have any questions, you can reach our support team through our live chat or by emailing support@dsco.io.
