Important Maintenance Window Reminder
Audience: Retailers and Suppliers
Rithum will perform scheduled maintenance on the application every 2 weeks beginning at 10 PM Mountain time on Saturday. During this time, the application will be temporarily unavailable for up to 2 hours. This window will allow Rithum to update servers and prepare for upcoming releases.
Please note:
- To avoid errors, we recommend that you not send data during this time.
- If you try to access the platform during the maintenance window, starting at 10 PM and lasting for up to 1 hour, you will not be able to do so. Please try again after the maintenance window is over.
- If you send data (inventory, orders, etc.) during the maintenance window, starting at 10 PM and lasting for up to 1 hour, you will likely get an error message saying no connection could be made. You will need to resend any of this data after the maintenance window in order for it to be received by Rithum.
