Important Maintenance Window Reminder
Starting February 23rd at 10 PM, and occurring every 2 weeks at the same time, Dsco will be performing maintenance to the application and it will be temporarily unavailable for up to 1 hour. This window will allow Dsco to update servers and prepare for upcoming releases. Please note:
- To avoid errors, we recommend that you not send data during this time.
- If you try to access the portal during the maintenance window, starting at 10 PM and lasting for up to 1 hour, you will not be able to do so. Please try again after the maintenance window is over.
- If you send data (inventory, orders, etc) during the maintenance window, starting at 10 PM and lasting for up to 1 hour, you will likely get an error message saying no connection could be made. You will need to resend any of this data after the maintenance window in order for it to be received by Dsco.
