Using the invoice template and uploading it to CommerceHub's Dsco platform is the fastest way to create multiple invoices at one time. Simply download the invoice template, enter the invoice details required by your retailer, and then upload the file to the Dsco platform.
Here are some guidelines for invoices:
- You cannot submit an invoice for an order not found within the Dsco platform or an invoice for an order in another Dsco platform account.
- You cannot edit an invoice once it’s been submitted.
- You cannot reuse an Invoice ID.

Step 1: Click the Navigation icon and then click Workflows > Invoices. The Invoices page is displayed.
Step 2: Click Upload Invoices at the top of the page. The Upload Invoices page is displayed.
Step 3: Click Download Invoice Excel Template, select a file format, and then click Download to download the template to your computer.
Step 4: Populate the file with the required invoice details. Columns highlighted in light green are required by CommerceHub. Your retailer may require additional information to process the invoice, set as "Recommended." CommerceHub suggests filling out all of the fields highlighted in light blue to ensure you are paid for the items you ship.
Step 5: When finished, save the file.
Step 6: Return to the Invoices page by clicking the Navigation icon and then clicking Workflows > Invoices.
Step 7: On the Invoices page, click Upload File at the top of the page. The Upload Invoices page is displayed.
Step 8: Click Choose File and follow the instructions to upload the file from Step 5.
Step 9: Click Invoice.
Step 10: A status message is displayed at the top of the page. Invoice details should appear on the Invoices page within a couple of minutes.
Note: If your invoice data does not appear within a few minutes, check the status of your upload. See Checking your job history for more information about reviewing process logs.
