When you’re fulfilling an order with multiple line items, you may need to ship the line items in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.

Looking to ship the order in a single package instead? Refer to Adding shipment information for a single order through Orders Beta.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.

Step 2: Click the PO Number of the desired order to be shipped.

Step 3: On the order details page, click Ship at the top of the page.

Step 4: On the shipment page, click the ellipsis next to the shipment title and select Add Shipment.

Step 5: Repeat this step for as many packages as you plan to use for this order. This will allow you to enter a unique tracking number for each package.

Step 6: Add shipment details for each package, including the Ship Date, Ship Service, and Tracking Number, and any details required by the retailer. Refer to the retailer’s Documentation page for more information about their requirements.

Step 7: When finished, click Ship at the top of the page.
