Audience: Suppliers

When you’re fulfilling a single order (either with a single line item or multiple line items), you can add shipment information to the order using Orders Beta. Shipping an order moves the order to the Shipped status.

Looking to ship the order in multiple packages instead? Refer to Adding shipment information for multiple packages through Orders Beta.

Note: Some retailers allow their suppliers to add open line items to partially shipped orders (merging or combining shipments). If your retailer has enabled this functionality, follow the instructions below to add shipment information to an order and add a package using the same tracking number.

For suppliers using automated integrations, you may send a new shipment file or API call for the open line item using the same tracking number.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.

Step 2: Click the PO Number of the desired order to be shipped.

Step 3: On the order details page, click Ship at the top of the page.

Step 4: On the shipment page, add shipment details for the package (including the Ship Date, Ship Service, and Tracking Number) and any details required by the retailer. Refer to the retailer’s Documentation page for more information about their requirements.

Step 5: When finished, click Ship at the top of the page.
