Audience: Retailers

Rithum provides visibility into inventory exceptions across your supplier network. Use the Inventory Exceptions page to see if your suppliers have any out-of-stock of or overdue inventory updates. Inventory exceptions are measured based on your configured SLA rules.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Automation & Reporting > Exceptions > Inventory Exceptions. The Inventory Exceptions page is displayed with a list of your exceptions.

Step 2: From here, you can:

  • Filter your exceptions by Date Type, Date Range, Supplier, or type of Exceptions.
  • Click the supplier’s name to see detailed information about the exception.
