Audience: Retailers

When your suppliers have uploaded their items to the platform, you can edit the values for any shared product attributes. These retailer values will replace any supplier values in the platform and may be used on your website (if applicable). As a retailer, you may view inventory quantities or download images and media associated with the SKU, but you will not have the ability to change those assets.

Here’s an example:

• Supplier value for Title = Smart LED TV
• Retailer value for Title = 32” Smart LED TV

Important: If you choose to update product content, we recommend that you notify your suppliers that this feature is being utilized and that their product data may differ from their original values.

To use the features described below, the Beta toggle at the top of the item details beta page must be enabled. To return to the classic view of the item details page, deselect the Beta toggle. You will not be able to edit values in the classic view.

Step 1: Access Item Details Beta using any of the following options:

• Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Inventory.
• Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Products.

Step 2: Click the SKU link to see the SKU’s details you’d like to update.

Step 3: On Item Details Beta, click the Content tab.

Step 4: Locate the fields you’d like to update and click the pencil icon.

Note: If you updated any attributes, you’ll see a note about the change.

Step 5: Update the values as needed and click Save.

A status message is displayed at the bottom of the page.

Step 6: Refresh the page to see your changes.
