Once you’ve set up your rules and expectations through the Dynamic Service Level Agreement (SLA) feature, you can temporarily suspend or unpublish your SLA rules at any time. Unpublished rules are then returned to the DRAFT state, where you can choose to re-publish that rule at a later time. For more information, see About SLA metrics and Understanding SLA rules and deadlines.

For recommendations on how to optimize your SLA rules, contact your Rithum Account Manager.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Settings > SLA.

Step 2: Select the desired metric on the left.

Step 3: A description of the metric you chose is displayed on the right. To view a list of published rules for this metric, click the Viewing drop-down menu and select PUBLISHED.

Step 4: Click Unpublish to unpublish all the rules associated with this metric.

Step 5: In the confirmation pop-up, click OK.

The rule is no longer applied to the metric. All orders created after you unpublished the rule will not be measured against the rule.

Step 6: To view the unpublished rule, click Viewing and select DRAFT. Here, you can choose to re-publish the rule as needed.
