Sharing accurate, up-to-date inventory data with your retailers is crucial to avoiding out-of-stock cancellations and maximizing sales. Use the Inventory Exceptions page to see if you have any overdue inventory updates. Inventory exceptions are measured based on your retailer's configured SLA rules.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Automation & Reporting > Exceptions > Inventory Exceptions. The Inventory Exceptions page is displayed with a list of your exceptions.

Step 2: From here, you can:

  • Filter your exceptions by date range. Click the filter icon and select the date range. Click Save.
  • Resolve an inventory exception by updating your inventory.

When resolved, exceptions will immediately be removed from the page.
