Shipment and Delivery Insights provide visibility into key fulfillment metrics across the fulfillment lifecycle - from pick, pack, ship, all the way to delivery. The data and options displayed on this page may vary based on your configuration and the retailer trading partner’s requirements.

Note: Some retailers may have their own compliance programs that are not directly tied to this data. Work with your retailer to understand their specific expectations.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Automation & Reporting  > Insights. The Insights page is displayed with the Sales tab open.

Step 2: Click the Shipments & Deliveries tab at the top of the page.
