Audience: Suppliers and retailers using Orders Beta for returns

Adding a package to a return is a way of adding a carrier or shipping method and a tracking number to a return. Before you can add packages to a return, the retailer must enable this feature.

Note: Package update flow is not available for all retailers and their suppliers. If your retailer has not enabled this feature, you will not have the + Package button on the Orders screen.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders BETA. The Orders Beta List View is displayed.

Step 2: Click the order number with the return you want to modify. The Order Details page is displayed.

Tip: You can also click the Returns tab to see all returns.

Step 3: Click the + Package button.

Step 4: Enter or select the Tracking Number, select the Qty to be returned, and click Add.

The Package Added notification appears.
