Audience: Suppliers and retailers using Orders Beta
A return can be cancelled only by the supplier or retailer who originally created the return. In addition, returns can be cancelled only if they are in the Created or Acknowledged status.
Note: If you are looking to take action on a return that you did not create (for example, accepting or rejecting items in a return), see Completing a return from Orders Beta.
Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders BETA.
Step 2: Click the order number with the return you want to modify. The Order Details page is displayed.
Tip: You can also click the Returns tab to see all returns.
Step 3: On the return you want to cancel, select the items you want to return and click Cancel.
Step 4: On the Cancel Return pop-up, click Cancel Return.
The Order Details page appears with a banner stating that the return was cancelled.
