System status notifications can help you stay on top of platform-related issues (such as connectivity issues or inability to access features), maintenance events, and time-sensitive problem notices.
These notification settings can be set per user and can be unique for each user in your account. Any changes you make will be effective immediately. Be sure to adjust your spam or filter settings to allow emails from no-reply@rithum.com.
For other types of notifications that can help you stay on top your performance, and errors and warnings related to orders and inventory, refer to Configuring notification preferences.
Step 1: Click the question mark icon in the top right and select Check System Status.
Tip: We also recommend you bookmark this page to quickly see system status updates without logging into the platform.
Step 2: On the Status page, click Subscribe to updates at the top of the page. Enter your email address and subscribe to the desired services.
Step 3: When complete, click Subscribe Email.
