Audience: Suppliers

As your business changes or the requirements of the Private Marketplace you’re connected to changes, you can also remove shipping profiles from your account. For example, you may no longer ship fragile items or ship to specific ship zones.

Note: Not every retail trading partner participates in Private Marketplace, which is different from the drop-ship program.

 

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Settings > General Settings. Your account details are displayed.

Step 2: On the General Settings page, click Shipping on the left.

Step 3: On the Shipping Profiles page, click the trash icon icon next to the profile you want to delete.

Step 4: A confirmation window is displayed. Click Delete.

Note: Any products related to this shipping profile will be moved to the Default shipping profile.

On the Shipping Profiles page, the profile is no longer displayed on the page.
