Audience: Suppliers

If you’re participating in a retailer’s Private Marketplace program, every marketplace order will be journaled as a transaction in a running report called a Settlement Report. Each row will show the price, commission rate, transaction date, and other relevant metrics for accounting.

Note: Not every retail trading partner participates in Private Marketplace, which is different from the drop-ship program.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Finances > Settlement Reports.

Step 2: On the Settlement Reports page, you can:

• View the most recent settlements at the top of the page.
• Use the filters on the left to sort the settlements by Dates, Retailer, Payment Status (including refunds) and/or Line Item Fulfillment.
• Click the three-dot options menu to adjust which columns are displayed.
• Click the row to see order details for the marketplace order.
