Audience: Suppliers
You can adjust the visibility settings on your Network Profile at any time. This includes limiting the profile to select retailers, opening the profile to the public, or even choosing to show your full profile to select retailers. To learn more about Network Discovery, go to Getting Started with Network Discovery.
Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Settings > Network Profile.
Step 2: On the profile page, click the Visibility button on the top right of the page.
Step 3: In the Profile Visibility window, use the drop-down menu to select one of the following options:
- Public (recommended) - This ensures that all participating retailers will have access to your full profile and increases your potential to match for new connections.
- Basic - This gives all participating retailers access to view a small handful of attributes, including your company name, description, website, logo, categories, brands, SKU counts and annual sales.
- Anonymous - This gives all participating retailers access to only see what categories you sell in. Retailers will not be able to see your company name, website, or any other profile details. Since this option only creates matches based on category, it may decrease the number of potential matches as the retailer is unable to see your company’s profile details. You will manually approve these retailer requests.
- Opt-out of new retailer matches - Your profile is not shared with potential retailers.
Step 4: If a retailer requests to see your full profile, you can accept or dismiss their request. Click the X next to select retailers to limit your Network Profile visibility for a given retailer.
Step 5: When complete, click Save.
