All Dsco accounts are automatically provided an FTP site as soon as the Dsco account is created. You can use this FTP account to transfer and share files with Dsco. The FTP account is specific to you, and no one else will have access to it.

To check your account-specific FTP credentials, select the AUTOMATION tab and then FTP (https://app.dsco.io/automation/ftp).

This page contains a lot of helpful information for using your Dsco FTP site. For example, use the View FTP button to open a new tab in your browser to view the FTP site. Also at the top of the screen, check the Server URL, your Username and Password, and get a direct Link to access the FTP site from an FTP client such as Cyberduck or FileZilla.

Make a note of the difference between FTP and SFTP. To connect via FTP, use port 21. To connect via SFTP, use port 22. No other configuration is required in Dsco to use SFTP.

Also review the information toward the bottom of the page for directions on how to use each folder in the FTP account. There is no need to create those folders as they were already created for you when the FTP account was provisioned.
