Audience: Suppliers
If you’re looking to add shipment information to a few orders at a time, the web application provides the fastest options. You can:
- Add shipment information to a single order
- Add shipment information for multiple packages
- Add shipment information with an invoice
Shipping an order moves the order to the Shipped status.
Note: Some retailers allow their suppliers to add open line items to partially shipped orders (merging or combining shipments). If your retailer has enabled this functionality, follow the instructions below to add shipment information to an order and add a package using the same tracking number.
For suppliers using automated integrations, you may send a new shipment file or API call for the open line item using the same tracking number.
