The Rithum platform provides a very robust and flexible data exchange platform, which provides you with the ability to set up automated jobs to run on a schedule of your choosing. Jobs can be configured to import or export all file processes in the standard Rithum format, as well as, any formats compatible with the Rithum Data Mapper.

You can set up as many jobs as needed to ensure your specific operational needs are met. The web application provides access a complete list of generated logs for all configured jobs. The web application also allows you to run a job manually, outside of its regular schedule.

Automated jobs can be configured to run Manually, Weekly (on a specific day and hour), Daily (at a specific hour), or Hourly.

Note: Rithum has limits to the number of records that can be exported for order, shipment, invoice, or return exports. Jobs that exceed 100,000 records will be truncated. If you need to export a large data set, it’s best to consider setting up a report or filtering the data to reduce the size of the export.
