Rithum supports batch Upload and Download capabilities in the following file formats:

  • XLS 
  • XLSX
  • CSV
  • TAB
  • Your own formatted flat-file (using our Data Mapper tool)

Our Data Mapper tool allows you to map your file to the platform, making it possible for us to support uploads or provide downloads in your format. The Data Mapper supports flat-files with the following delimiters: COMMA, TAB, PIPE

Template files

For uploads, we provide template files in all of the supported formats. Using these, you can enter your data in the template and upload the file through the upload wizard.
