Accessing your Account Settings
Follow the steps below to access your Dsco account settings:
Step 1: Select the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of the screen then select Settings.
Step 2: A grey sub-navigation menu will appear that allows you access the following settings:
General: Select this to change your account login information, contact information, return address, order notification settings, and timezones.
Company Profile: Select this to update your company profile, change your logo or website URL, and your company contact information.
Warehouse Manager: Use this page to create new warehouses or update existing warehouses with new addresses.
Pricing Tiers: Name the pricing tiers you've imported through a product/catalog import file.
Cancel Code Mapping: Use this page to set the custom cancellation codes you wish to send and receive.
Return Code Mapping: Use this page to set the custom return codes you wish to send and receive.
Ship Mapping: Use this page to set the shipping carrier and method options you support when shipping.
Connection Account Fields: Select this to set connection level variables that you can store for each trading partner within the Connections manager.
Users: Manage existing users or add new users to your account
Notification Settings: Use this page to adjust settings and contact email addresses related to notifications regarding system status, features, and announcements.
Changing your Account Settings
If you need to update your account information, select the GENERAL link within the sub-navigation bar.
This page allows you to edit simple things, such as, your username and password. It also includes your order notification settings, and your return policy information. We encourage you to read more about these settings to ensure your account settings are set up properly and aligned with what your trading partner is expecting.
General Account Settings
Order Notification Email(s): Add an email address here if you wish to be notified when new orders are imported, or a request for existing orders to be cancelled, is issues by your trading partner.
SLA Notification Email(s): Add an email address here if you wish to be notified when you have missed SLAs related to your drop shipping performance.
Return Address: This is the address to which all orders should be returned.
