Audience: Retailers and Suppliers

Step 1: Click the Inbox icon at the top of any page.
Note: A red dot appears on the icon when you have new messages. 

Step 2: On the Inbox page, a list of all your conversations is displayed. Click the specific message you’d like to respond to.

Step 3: From here, you can:

  • Add a message to the conversation. Enter a response at the bottom of the conversation and click Send.

  • Adjust some details of the conversation, such as the subject or reference ID (the custom identifier specific to the message). Click the three-dot options menu in the top right and select Update Conversation.

    • Change the subject or existing reference ID, as needed.
    • Remove the Reference ID. Click the three-dot options menu and deselect the Reference ID checkbox.
    • Add a Reference ID. Click the three-dot options menu and select the Reference ID checkbox. Enter a Reference ID.

    To save your changes, click Update.

  • Resolve a conversation. Click Resolve in the top right and the message will be moved to the Resolved folder. Click OK in the pop-up to confirm that you want to close this conversation.

  • Reopen a conversation. Go to the Resolved folder, select the specific message, and click Reopen. Click OK in the pop-up to confirm that you want to reopen this conversation.
