Shipping an order in multiple packages

  1. Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.
  2. Click the PO Number of the desired order to be shipped.
  3. On the order details page, click Ship at the top of the page.
  4. On the shipment page, click the ellipsis next to the shipment title and select Add Split Shipment.
  5. Repeat this step for as many packages you plan to use for this order. This will allow you to enter a unique tracking number for each package.
  6. Add shipment details for each package. When finished, click Save Shipments at the bottom of the page.

Updating the Estimated Shipping Date on an order

  1. Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.
  2. Click the PO Number of the desired order to be updated.
  3. In the Items section, click the ellipsis next to the line item you want to change and select Set Est. Ship Date.
  4. In the Set Item Estimated Ship Date window, select the new date and reason for the update, and then click Submit.
  5. To verify that the change was saved, click the Show Additional Details button on the right and click the Items tab.

Cancelling individual lines of an order

  1. Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.
  2. Click the PO Number of the desired order to be cancelled.
  3. On the order details page, click Cancel at the top of the page.
  4. In the Cancel Order window, you can cancel the entire order or individual line items. Click Individual Line Items.
  5. The Cancel Order window refreshes. Select the quantity and cancel reason code for a line and then click Submit.
  6. The order details page is updated with the line item status.

Viewing your order messages

  1. Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.
  2. Adjust which columns are displayed on the Orders Beta List View to view your messages. Click the three-dot options menu and select the Message, Message Date, or Message From columns as needed.
  3. Choose any of the following options to see if your orders have any messages:
    - On the Orders Beta List View, scroll through your list of orders to see a message icon next to the PO number for each order that has a message.
    - Use the Flags filter on the left and select Order has Message. The page will refresh with your search results.
  4. Click the message icon to view the message.

Sending a message to your trading partner

  1. Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.
  2. Click the PO Number of the desired order to see its order details.
  3. Click More Actions at the top of the page and select Create Message.
  4. In the Create Message window, enter your message and click Save.
  5. Back on the Orders Beta Detail page, you’ll see a Messages tab near the top of the page. Click the tab to see your message.

Tip: To send another message to your trading partner, click the + icon. Enter your message in the Create Message window and click Save.

Managing your order message notifications

You can sign up to receive email notifications when an order message has been sent to you and adjust how often you’d like to receive these email notifications.

  1. Click the navigation menu and select Settings > Notifications.
  2. On the Notifications page, click Conversations on the left.
  3. Select the Frequency and the Preferred Email Time & Day of when you’d like to receive the notifications.
    Tip: The time zone for the hour selected is your default time zone for the account. Go to Updating your general settings to learn more about how to update your time zone.
  4. When complete, click Save Preferences.

Creating shipping labels for your orders

Note: Shipping labels are not available for all retailers. If this option is not enabled for your retailer, and for you as a supplier, you will not have the Create Shipping Labels option.

  1. Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.
  2. Click the PO Number of the order to be shipped.
  3. Click Ship and select Create Shipping Labels.
  4. Complete the action page:
    - Check the item and quantity information.
    - Enter the package dimensions and weight.
    - Select the Shipping Method and Shipping Warehouse.
    - Enter the Vendor Invoice Number if necessary for your connection.
  5. Click Save and Create Label. 

    This process will generate your shipping label, capture the carrier-assigned tracking number, and report your shipment to your retailer.

  6. Click Label to download and print the label.

Viewing and downloading packing slips

Note: Your browser must allow popups to view the packing slip. Depending on your browser, if popups are disabled, you may have to enable them in the browser’s settings.

  1. Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders Beta.
  2. Click the PO Number for the desired order.
  3. In the Items section, click the Packing Slip button and select View. The packing slip opens in a popup.
  4. If desired, click the download icon to download the packing slip.
