All Dsco accounts are automatically provided an SFTP site as soon as the Dsco account is created. You can use this SFTP account to transfer and share files with Dsco. The SFTP account is specific to you, and no one else will have access to it.
Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Automation & Reporting > Automation > SFTP.
This page contains a lot of helpful information for using your Dsco SFTP site. For example, use the View SFTP button to open a new tab in your browser to view the SFTP site. Also at the top of the screen, check the Server URL, your Username and Password, and get a direct Link to access the SFTP site from an SFTP client such as Cyberduck or FileZilla.
Also review the information toward the bottom of the page for directions on how to use each folder in the SFTP account. There is no need to create those folders as they were already created for you when the SFTP account was provisioned.
