Audience: Retailers

Suppliers are able to control what items may be viewed by their retailer trading partners. Retailers and suppliers may need to discuss which items should be visible to both parties via the web application, as well as which descriptive attributes should be included in each item's entry.

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Inventory.

Step 2: The Inventory page is displayed with a list of all your SKUs. Use the filter options on the left to adjust the list the SKUs and find the inventory items you wish to view. Click Download All Results at the top of the page.

Once you've applied the filters, clicking the Download All Results button will only download the items currently displayed on the page. If you have not applied any filters, all inventory data will be downloaded.

Step 3: In the Inventory Download All Results pop-up, choose the file format you prefer and then click Download Inventory or Download Catalog, depending on the data set you need.

In addition to the XLSX, Comma, and Tab options, a custom format may be created by using the data mapper. See Using the Data Mapper Tool for more information.

You can also create an automated job to export inventory data from the platform on a regular schedule. See Creating an Automated Job for more information.
