Welcome to the Rithum web application
You now have access to your Rithum account, and you've been able to customize your company profile and general settings. You can now also begin familiarizing yourself with the web application.
Key features
The dashboard provides an overview of the platform, which includes news and account data that you may be interested in. This information includes order and fulfillment trends, notifications on your account, and other account-related updates.
To populate the dashboard, click Load Dashboard.
The Inventory page is where you manage the products and inventory from your supplier partners. For more information, see Inventory.
The Invoices page is where you manage invoices with you partners. For more information, see Invoices.
The Automation page is where you set up and manage your scheduled jobs and view processing history. For more information, see Creating automated export jobs.
The Reports page is where you can create and manipulate various reports on, for example, fulfillment rates and open orders which are outstanding.
Did you know that you can download inventory, orders, and invoices directly from the web application? Just select the grey and white Download All Results button in the top right corner of any page to download all selected items.
