Accessing your Account Settings

Log into your Dsco account and follow these steps to edit your account settings:

Step 1: Move your mouse over your company name at the top right corner of the screen and select Settings.

Step 2: A sub-menu will appear that allows you access the following settings:

General: Select this to change your account login information, contact information, Order Notification settings and Return address information.

Company Profile: Select this to update your company profile.

Packing Slips: Use this page to provide all the needed details for your packing slips.

Ship Mapping: Use this page to set the shipping carrier and method options you support when shipping.

Connection Account Fields: Select this to set connection level variables that you can store for each trading partner within the Connections manager.

Users: Manage existing or add new users to your account

Changing your Account Settings

If you need to update your account information, including your username and/or password, select the General page and edit the necessary information on this page. Select Save Changes when finished.

Setting up your Shipping Options

To update your preferred shipment settings, select Ship Mapping from the sub-menu. Use the Enable checkbox to highlight which shipping methods you support. Supported methods will be highlighted in your suppliers' Dsco accounts. 

Additionally, customize any of the predefined shipping options by selecting the Customize checkbox and then completing the Carrier, Method, and Service Code fields on the right. Select Save Changes when finished.
