For retail partners who use packing slips, the Rithum platform automatically generates packing slips for each order that comes in to your account. These slips can be easily exported as PDF documents for you to print and use when packing your orders. All packing slips generated by the platform have been pre-approved by your retail partners.

There are two ways you can export packing slips: via an automated job, or through the web application.

Exporting packing slips via an automated job

Any Orders - Export job that you create has an option to generate a packing slip PDF. To enable that option, select the Generate Packing Slip Pdf checkbox in Step 2 of the job creation wizard. This will ensure that any Order Export includes both the actual order files and a PDF that contains the packing slips for the exported orders.

For more information on creating automated jobs, see Creating an Automated Job.

Note: In Step 2 of the job creation wizard, selecting either SFTP or AS2 for the Destination Type will ensure the PDF is saved to that destination. If you select Download for the Destination Type, you will be able to download a ZIP file containing both the order file and the packing slip PDF.
