Audience: Retailers
Rithum makes it easy for you to connect to new supplier trading partners and expand your supplier network. You can send email invitations to select trading partners from the platform. When your suppliers receive the email, it’ll include instructions to accept the invitation, create their account in the platform, and start the onboarding process.
Want to check on the status of your invitations? See Managing your invitations below for more information.
Depending on your agreement with Rithum, you may not be required to invite trading partners using the platform. Instead, you'll fill out a form with the supplier’s information and email it to the Rithum Sales Support team. See Sending a list of supplier trading partners to Sales Support for more information.
If you aren’t sure which process your program is using, visit our website to get in touch with a representative.
