This article contains information about logging in to Dsco, including instructions for resetting your password.

For information on managing user accounts, including creating new user accounts, deactivating users, updating individual user settings, and editing user permissions, see User Management.

Password Rules and Policies

  • Password must be at least 8 characters in length.
  • Password must contain at least 3 of the following:
    • One lowercase character 
    • One uppercase character 
    • One number 
    • One special character: !@#$%\^&*?_~.
  • You cannot reuse any of your last 5 passwords.

For security purposes, we require users to change their password every 3 months. If you log in within 10 days of your password expiration date, you are prompted to change your password following the rules and policies listed above.

Resetting your password from the Login page

Step 1: Go to the Login page.

Step 2: Enter your email address and click Continue.

Step 3: Click Forgot password? below the Password field.

Step 4: Enter your email address and click Continue. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Changing your password in the Dsco Portal

Once you've logged in, you can request to change your password on the General Settings page.

Step 1: Click the Dashboard icon and select Settings > General Settings.

Step 2: Click Request Password Change. You will receive an email with instructions to change your password.

Step 3: Follow the instructions in the email to change your password.
