Sometimes users may forget or need to reset their password on Dsco. Here are some easy steps to follow:
Step 1: Go to the Dsco Login page. You should see a prompt that looks like this:
Step 2: Click on the Forgot your password link. This should take you to a new prompt:
Step 3: Fill out your username and press Reset Password. This will send a password reset link to the email that we have on file.
If you have forgotten your username, please email our support team at email@example.com.
Changing your Password:
Once you've logged into Dsco, you can change your password at any time under the SETTINGS page. This is accessed through the gear icon in the bottom left.
You can change your password under GENERAL in the account settings.

Password Rules and Policies
Here are the rules we enforce around passwords:
- Password must be at least 8 characters in length.
- Password must include one lowercase character.
- Password must include one uppercase character.
- Password must include one special character: !@#$%\^&*?_~.
- Password must not have been used previously within the last year.
For security purposes, we require users to change their password every 3 months. If you log in within 10 days of your password expiration date, Dsco will prompt you to change your password following the guidelines listed above.
