You can set alerts to be notified via email whenever a supplier changes the status of an order. An order status can be changed to created, shipment pending, shipped, or cancelled. These alerts can be configured during your initial account setup.
To view your shipped orders, follow these steps:
Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders > Shipped.
Step 2: You can now see all orders that have been shipped. If you wish, you can filter result using the lefthand search bar, or download all shipped orders by selecting the DOWNLOAD ALL RESULTS button towards the top of the screen. To view the tracking for specific order, just select the PO NUMBER link under the PO NUMBER column header.
The order details page shows the tracking number, which SKUs were included in the shipment, and the carrier/method used to ship the order.
