You can set alerts to be notified via email whenever a supplier changes the status of an order. An order status can be changed to created, shipment pending, shipped, or cancelled. These alerts can be configured during your initial account setup.

To view your shipped orders,  follow these steps:

Step 1: Click the navigation menu and select Workflows > Orders > Shipped.

Step 2: You can now see all orders that have been shipped. From here, you can:

  • Filter results using the left hand search bar
  • Download all shipped orders by clicking DOWNLOAD ALL RESULTS at the top of the page.
  • Track a specific order by clicking the PO NUMBER. 

The order details page shows the tracking number, which SKUs were included in the shipment, and the carrier/method used to ship the order.
