You can set alerts to be notified via email whenever a supplier changes the status of an order. An order status can be changed to created, shipment pending, shipped, or cancelled. These alerts can be configured during your initial account setup.

To view your shipped orders,  follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to your account and select the ORDERS tab.

Step 2: On the ORDERS tab, select SHIPPED.

Step 3: You can now see all orders that have been shipped. Filter the list of orders using the Date Range filters on the left side of the page. 

To download a spreadsheet of all shipped orders just select the red Download ... Results button.

To view the tracking for specific order, just select the PO number under the PO Number column header. The order details page shows the tracking number, which SKUs were included in the shipment, and the carrier/method used to ship the order.
