Viewing trading partner history

Audience: Retailers and Suppliers

Rithum provides a way for you to easily view the history of your trading partners. For example, you can see when your trading partner has activated, paused, or restarted your connection. You can also review timestamps showing when trading partner IDS or carrier settings were last updated.

To view partner history, click the navigation menu and select Partners > History. The Trading Partners History page is displayed.
